Recruiter 360 Feedback:
inTalent's proprietary recruiter 360 Survey tool is an effective way for recruiters and recruiting managers to receive feedback on how they are perceived on the job and key recruiting competencies.
This validated survey measures 14 recruiting competencies. By collecting feedback from clients, peers, direct reports and boss’, each participant is able to receive specific feedback on his/her strengths and weaknesses in the talent acquisition role.
The process starts with:
- Each individual going through the 360 gathers a full set of raters.
- The electronic surveys are to the raters for each participant (recruiting manager, peers, and hiring managers).
- The feedback is then rolled up and summarized into a comprehensive report highlighting strengths and perceived gaps by each rater group, as well as opportunities for development.
- Each participant receives a custom 360 Feedback report.
- Coaching and development planning begins.
